They are a friendly association of the "Hospitality and Italian Hospitality Professionals" deriving from the historical tradition of hotel concierges / concierges of FIPA (Italian Federation of Hotel Concierges.) Our associates work both in separate concierge desks, Conciergerie and Reception both in the single desks of the Front Desks. You recognize them by their smile and warmth in welcoming the "Guests"
